Wastewater Treatment Using Catalytic Oxidation-Water System with Natural Mineral Catalyst

JAPAN

POSTECH

- Mecha-Cera Catalyst

- The Catalytic Oxidation-Water System has been

used in living effluent, odor, VOC and others wastewater treatment.

- Development Catalyst (P1, P2,P3)

- Lab scale test

- Pilot Plant Test

- Current Work

Advantage of COW system

 - Energy saving because of operating in room temperature and 1atm

 - Preventing poisoning catalyst and no need to separate catalyst because of separating catalyst with reactant

 - Easy to make hybrid system because of small size of catalytic bed
